While living on a small lake in the Northern Adirondacks we got bit by the real estate bug and bought our first investment property right next door to us. Three years later we found ourselves in Central NY buying, renting, fixing, and flipping single family and multifamily properties. This experience provided us with an extensive amount of real estate expertise. Family matters resulted to us relocating to Northern Westchester County to care for aging parents where we decided to focus our efforts on helping others with their real estate needs.
